***Red Knight*** Easiest of the three. Right off the bat, start running to the right when he throws his hammer at you. When he gets close to it, start running further to the right so that he will throw it at you again. Run back towards him and keep attacking him until he gets close to his hammer. Rinse repeat. In addition, if you have the fire spell, you can equip that to make it go a little faster. ***Green Knight*** He is also fairly easy. Just stand on the lower ledge near the edge so that when a rock pops out, you can hit it at it. You want to hit it relatively low otherwise it will just fly over his head. Jump to the other low ledge when he comes near. ***Purple Knight*** Start off by attacking him and before he starts spinning, jump the ledge and jump over him. You cannot touch his head so keep that in mind. When he gets dizzy, run up to him and mash A. You might have to play against him a couple of times to get the timing down.
